Overall experience, usability testing, research questions, research goals definition and methodology, future vision and concepts.

The main focus while working with IKEA at Digital Experience Design was on improving the overall experience for Co-workers in the Customer Support Centers. Discovering integration and entry points between different products was at the core of improving the Co-workers experience when performing their tasks and day to day activities.

My role as a UX/UI Consultant in this project was to drive and provide direction for research, prototyping, and defining the roadmap and next steps for the improvement of the overall experience. Some of my tasks were to provide usability tests scripts, research interview questions, define research focus, goals and methods. I also proactively aligned and built relationships with relevant stakeholders from other domains with the purpose to align our aims and goals towards a seamless Co-worker experience.

Usability testing cycle, testing different dimensions of our products at different stages of the product lifecycle.

Process diagram based on the double diamond models. Our approach consists on expanding and converging initiatives in their extension with other team members. 

Concept vision explorations for the future of CSC Co-workers. The future experience has a focus on human centricity and user-friendliness. This is a currently ongoing project.
